Fished our second day in the Hatteras Village Offshore Open. Not much to report from today, towed the big plugs around all day today also, had a couple of small dolphin impale themselves on our baits that was about it. Oregon Inlet Fishing Center Report 5-14-08Two boats fished offshore. Conditions after the windy past two days required special considerations.
