Welcome aboard Sea Cure, a 42' 2006 Henriques. Fast, comfortable and fully equipped for all your fishing needs. With over 15 years of chartering experience and more than 40 years fishing the New Jersey waters Capt. Ron is ready for your trip. We welcome first timers to seasoned veterans for all types of fishing. Weather your looking for spring stripers or an overnight adventure with tuna, mahi mahi, swordfish, marlin or shark, Sea Cure is the boat for you. Our specialty is the Northeast Canyons. We offer day and overnight trips to the canyons for the best yellowfin tuna action on the East Coast. We run out of Little Egg Inlet with 100 mile access to the most popular canyons from the infamous Hudson all the way down to the Poormans. Email or call Capt. Ron for information or to book you next fishing trip.

January through March depends on where we end up during winter. We are either chasing Giant Bluefin in North Carolina for January and February or fishing the New Jersey Wrecks for tog and black sea bass.

April and May off the New Jersey coast kicks off Striped Bass season. Chunking and Trolling trips provide great action for Striped Bass and Blues as things heat up along the shore. Jigging has also always provided a lot of action for bass and blues.

May through July has always been an excellent time for shark fishing. We have caught mako's, thresher's, blue sharks on our day chumming or shark trolling trips and our special overnight shark excursion.

June marks the start of our Offshore Season. Fishing from June into December, we run to the 100 fathom curve and the canyons for yellowfin tuna, bluefin tuna, big eye tuna, white marlin, blue marlin, mahi mahi, wahoo, swordfish and shark. Nothing compares to the variety of pelagic gamefish we have the opportunity to catch off the New Jersey coast. The summer and fall months in NJ are great for some real Deep Sea Fishing. 12-14 hour day trips or the 24-26 hour overnighter will get you to the continental shelf for the best fishing New Jersey has to offer. With a cruise of 27-29 knots, let Sea Cure take you there fast to maximize your fishing time. We analyze the latest sea surface temperature data, combined with reports to put you on fish. We are ready for trolling and/or chunking, whatever we have to do to catch fish. Capt. Ron and his crew are proven fish finders and put in the effort to make every trip memorable. Tuna fishing is our specialty!!

Late October to December you can find the striped bass on the move again. Fishing the inlets with eels or anchored up outside chunking clam has proven itself year after year. Don't forget the slow trolling up the beach and jigging over the school after your hooked up.

December depends on whether we run to North Carolina or stay in New Jersey. New Jersey can find great Wreck and Reef trips for tog and black sea bass. The North Carolina giant bluefin tuna bite usually starts mid December.
