Pangas were designed to be seaworthy and utilitarian, equally at home in both shallows and pounding seas. They are narrow beamed but remarkably stable, exceedingly dry and incredibly fuel efficient.
Many of you may have fished Latin American waters in a Panga. Our boats are as cosmetically and structurally different from those stripped out Pangas as casting rods are from bamboo poles.
