The 312 Sedan is a family cruiser notable for her low price and sterndrive power. Hull construction of solid fiberglasss, the rakish lines and low profile of the 312 give her a rather sporty personality. The flybridge wasn't an add-on, but part of the deck mold, a construction technique that eliminates the possibility of leaks. Belowdecks, the 312 sleeps six- no small feat for a 31-footer; two in the forward stateroom, two in a curtained-off area opposite the head with upper/lower bunks, and two more when the salon dinette is converted into a double berth. A sliding glass door opens to the cockpit where a transom door is standard and a series of molded steps to port lead up to the large flybridge. Fender racks are built into the swim platform, and L-shaped lounge seating on the bridge will seat four.
