The 4300 Open is essentially a large open plan express. Her strong hull and good looking lines allow for a clean layout that never feels cramped or compromised for space. The cockpit is roomy with comfortable seating facing aft (one seat swings up for engine room access) as well as a transom fold-away bench seat. Moving forward and stepping up to the bridge level is a large companion lounge with great visiblity. It never hurts to have to have extra eyes on the water. It also makes for a good social setting with passengers on the same eye level as the helmsman. The cockpit sports a full wet bar complete with sink, storage, icemaker and fridge/freezer. The windshield has a forward electric vent and there are full weather curtains, drop curtain aft and a cockpit cover to keep things clean while at away from the slip. Diamond patterned non-skid deck and cockpit surfaces. Cockpit coaming bolsters Flush floor storage boxes w/macerator Side cockpit lockers (lockable) Molded in transom door Fresh & raw water washdowns Transom shower (hot and cold water) Helm and console seat covers Forward deck sun pad (4) Lee rod holders Helm seat with wet bar Curved companion seat with storage Fold down aft lounge Cockpit engine room entry Cool helm AC vent Upper & lower cockpit carpet(charcoal) Swim platform w/ built in ladder Drop curtains and aft cockpit cover
The cabin layout with forward private stateroom and single head allows for a bigger salon and living area. This is in fact more practical for day to day boating. Why cram a second stateroom in if the salon is too small to entertain. You don't feel that way in the 4300. Bring guests down below for a meal or drinks and between the "L" shaped settee and the large dinette, there is plenty of seating. The galley is isolated aft to port, not getting in the way, yet plenty big for her corian countertops and beautiful rounded teak cabinetry. On the aft bulkhead of the galley, Sub Zero refrigerator and freezers are mounted high for great access (no bending over) and the doors stay closed while running. The salon is nicely adourned in Tiara classic teak and holly sole, teak cabinetry and off white leather seating surfaces. Overhead AC&DC lighting are set throughout the cabin as well as hatches for natural light. The head is aft to starboard and well designed with a standing shower stall, Vacuflush toilet, and vanity sink with storage below. Leather interior Starboard dinette/lounge coverts to double berth Port settee lounge Vacuum cleaner system Head: vacuflush toilet, exhaust fan, AC/DC lighting, vanity w/mirrored lockers, sink w/storage below, stall tub/shower w/acrylic door Teak & Holly sole Teak cabinetry Bose lifestyle surround AM/FM/CD/DVD stereo system, TV w/VCR & Satelite receiver Fwd stateroom TV/VCR
