Granted we don't know the big picture here and of course the "Bigger Boat" rule applied, but if fault was determined by rules of the road - the smaller boat coming into the screen should have had the right of way, no?
In MHC they would have had at least a dozen 20oz. sinkers through their windows before impact.
It was crazy how fast that small boat came to a stop though.
