WMO Question

I'm just curious how Wet Floors is in 1st place for the tuna division if they only entered for billfish? Is there something simple that I'm missing? Do you still win the trophy just not the paycheck? I guess the $2000 is just carried over until the 3rd Blue marlin is weighed.

Nice fish Wet Floors. I'm just curious how this whole tourny thing works.

There's this thing called tournament within a tournament ( basically a calcutta) that we did not enter b/c alot of guys up here blue fin fish only, we're here to marlin fish, so we did not enter that calcutta. Hind sight I wish we had of . But that's fishing and you never lost anything you never had to begin with. THE FACT IS, THAT IS THE 6th LARGEST TUNA CAUGHT IN THE WMO'S HISTORY, WE'RE IN 1st PLACE AND WHAT IS, IS WHAT IT IS.

Jonathon hopefully with your great attitude it will pay off on a nice white one. Catching a fish like that and weighing it in at the WMO would be reward enough for me.

guys, I came here looking a 1.5 million dollar white marlin, anything else is just a bonus. and yes 240,000.00 would have been quite a bonus, but I am in 1st place in the tuna division which I did not enter, so let the cards fall where they may.
