wireless headsets

i have been debating getting a wireless system and wanted to see what experiences other members have had with them. The setup on my 42 Henriques, with the back part of the enclosure up (even with the window unzipped) doesnt allow for the easiest communication.

I read the article in Saltwater or Sportfishing, forget where i saw it, and it peaked my interest. Eartec has one that includes 6 headsets for about 3500 or so.
