    Winter Project/Fender Teaser

Well the spring itch to get out fishing is nearing, so my buddies and I figured we'd try our hand at painting up some fenders for teasers. We first sanded the fenders down with a fine grit to take the shine off of the rubber, then we wiped it down with alcohol. Lastly, we sprayed an adhesive promoter, then layed on the paint. I think they came out pretty good and hope the paint holds up. The last thing to do is rig them up and figure the correct weight to get them to swim correctly. So what do you guys think? I say Bring on the Tuna!!

Great job! Remember to add sufficient weight on the "nose" to keep the teaser below the waterline......

I used both Krylon and Dupont. Its all sprayed except the eyes which i painted on myself

As far as the weighting of it ill have to do some searching on how to properly rig it as far as line, crimps, lures, and release clips

Teasers look good, but the main thing I am curious about, is what type of toys do you have under the covers in that garage?
