just finished 2 for the MA500 next week with slick butts
either LRSG or the newer fugi mini turbos

imo, calstar blank for a custom build and the fuji sic guides, paul708 ( jpr) does outstanding work, if you are looking at off the rack, shimano tallus is a nice production rod

I agree that for a production rod the shimano tallus rods are the best money can buy. I use the lighter ones in mexico matched with the tyrnos 16. That is a sweet sailfish combo.
I have a nice 6 ft. 3" 20 to 30 lb. white marlin sailfish rod that we custom make for around $300. It has turbo guides and a Aftco ball gimble butt for stand-up fishing. Nice soft tip with plenty of backbone. WE can custom make it in any color wrap and blank you would like.
