Talking White Marlin in the rain????

First, I want to thank Sandy McCarthy for inviting me again this year aboard the Covert Mission. Top notch boat w/a top notch crew!!! Capt. Keith Greenberg and First Mate Heath Brown were aboard to make sure the ladies of the Covert Mission enjoyed themselves and were safe during our overnight trip. Also, thank you to the Ocean City Marlin & Tuna Club out of Ocean City, NJ for running a great tournament. This was our second year competing (as a Ladies team) and as always, loved being a part of it.

We wound up placing 4th Overall and 3rd Release Division w/our 4 white releases. Anthracite did an amazing job w/their 7 white releases and 2 Blue Marlin releases!!!!!!! AMAZING!!!!! 2nd place went to Capt. Rick Wheeler aboard the Exile and 3rd place went to Top Hat.

Thank you again to Sandra & Jim McCarthy and the Ocean City Marlin & Tuna Club!!!!

The hook-up was @ the very beginning of the storm (around 6:50pm), lightning came later after we got the release. Believe me, we were worried, but fortunately it looked like most of the lightning was in the distance and it was already getting dark. Not something I want to do again anytime soon.

Very Nice, now those are some tough women! My wife and sisters would have been hiding in the salon. My mom would have been out there though
