White Marlin Lures/Baits????

What is a good lure, size and color, for white marlin ??? I know hoos/witches are productive, I was wondering what else works? Any recommendations are appreciated!

Its hard to go wrong with a naked down the middle of the spread or a split bill which I run off my left flat

If you are going to put a lure in front of a natural bait for a white, I would recommend something relatively small. Here is a photo of one of our little bullet baits. It's only 5" in length and has excellent action without being intimidating. I have several captains who will use our little Screamer skirts that the kingfishermen use to dress up a small ballyhoo in lieu of a larger lure.

Marlin Magic Infant Blue. Everything likes it. An Ahi-P jet too.
my color choice would depend on where in the world I pull it. the usual colors should work for you--whatever you find success with on your seawitches, etc....

Naked ballyhoo, the smallest split tailed mullet you can find or the 2 most over looked baits from by-gone days. Can you guess what they are?
