    I can confirm this bite....just back from Pirates Cove and went 4-6 on the white ones we got in the spread. There were lots of cutters on bait balls we couldn't entice and that didn't care what you were pulling.

    All the regular boats are good both at PC and OI.Seatoy out of PC and the Pelican out of OI Have been hot for billfish. Arch on the pelican is always near or at the top......
