Provo for sure, the ride to the Pinnacle is only 14 miles, tons of whites, out and there is a Club med, and lots of other places to stay and do. The fleet is out of there as well. During the BXRL, the sharkeys broke down and he chartered a guy on the "after 5" a small boat but great people. His name is Scooter Bob, he has the scooter rental in Provo so go to him. It isnt the best boat but for there it will do just fine.
