Where to locate rod holders for riggers?

Going to install two additional flush mount rod holders, these will be the ones closest to the riggers, and trying to decide where in the covering board to locate them. Is there any rule of thumb or ideal location?

Boat is a 31' Tiara.

In the cockpit of a 31' boat you are usually kind of limited. The biggest problem is finding a way to run long and short riggers from the gunnel--- never seems to be enough room for the long rigger line to clear the short rigger line/rod. I would suggest setting the riggers and load long and shorts and see what it get you.
