What is your favorite Ilander color?

I am going to be stocking up on some Ilanders to use as a skirt over a Ballyhoo. What are some of your favorite colors to use in the northeast canyons?

I hear the blue and white ones suck...haha. Nah but I would buy summa those. Arguably the best lure ever.

I have had success with blue/crystal and pink/crystal for marlin and tuna.Use something dark like purple/black for whoo's. Don't be afraid to switch to nakeds and seawitches. Try to mimic the bait in the area.

I run them alot and blue & white and pink & white work great get some Iland mistress tuna like um alot.

1. Blue and White
2. Pink and bling (or white) (bluefin)
3. Purple and Black (wahoo, bluefin)
4. Others Pink/Blue, Green/Yellow, Black/Orange

Blue and White is, hands down, one of the most successful lures of all times. My father in law is an old school NC bill fishermen and it is THE ONLY lure he will use in the BR tournament. That says a lot considering the purse is north of a million bucks!

i like different colors for different times of the year. my two favorites would be the bruiser or the supreme.

I like blue and white or blue and crystal with a blue head. I also have good luck with the all crystal.
