    What trolling lure best resembles sand eels for Blufin?

    Is it cedar plug,Clones, feathers,clark sppons or something else.

    Sluggo or this little silver spoon lure called "Deadly Dick" And no the latter is not a joke.

    Send em WAYYYYYYY back on 80 lb. fluoro and hold on.

    Try that Deadly Dick spoon as well. Spitting image of a sand eel. Even more so than a sluggo.

    You can drift the Sluggos out there as well too.

    WOW those thinks look amazing.. Gotta give em a shot this year!! should look nice off the back of that new richie! lol

    I will also second the deadly dick.. get a 4 -5 ounce one and put it down on a planer or a downrigger..

    put a new hook and heavier swivels and split rings on em and you will be ready to go!!

    Ill second Brad, on the sniper. They have had great luck up north with them so far. Looking forward to using them down here.


    I spoke to Kevin winter about them, he said he had success with them in the canyon as well.
