What exactly is Murderer’s Row?

This descriptive name was originally identified with the highly successful 1927 New York Yankees starring Lou Gehrig and Babe Ruth. That team had such a strong line-up they went on to win the World Series that year by sweeping the Pittsburgh Pirates.

The Charter Fleet at South Jersey Marina adopted the slogan after some of the locals in Cape May nicknamed them Murderer’s Row due to their strong line-up and high success rate at what they do. They also have the reputation of having the most unique gathering of seafarers since Blackbeard sailed these waters.

Down on “The Row” there is something for everyone and every size group, large or small, experienced angler or novice, everyone is welcome and will certainly have an enjoyable experience out on the water. In addition to fishing of all types, they offer sightseeing, sunset cruises, fireworks trips and wedding related parties.

MURDERERS ROW???? CURIOUS... DO YOU ALLOW SERIAL KILLERS IN THE STORE? ALONG WITH MURDERERS? I BET YOU NEVER REALIZED THAT THIS ONE PARTICULAR SERIAL KILLER HAS BEEN IN THE SJ STORE MANY MANY TIMES NOW DID YOU?

I WAS THE ONE WITH THE SICKLE UNDER MY BLOODY TEE....

I HAVE BEEN IN YOUR SJ STORE MANY MANY TIMES SINCE MY FIRST TOURNY THERE IN 1989....AND HAVE ALSO FISHED MANY TOURNYS FROM SJ MARINA....INCLUDING THE LAST 3 YRS ABOARD THE SEA SPLENDOUR........AND MY CLOSET ALSO HOLDS SEVERAL TORN AND TATTERED SJ BLOODY TEES....

I WOULD LOVE TO MEET SOME FELLOW JERSEY MURDERERS WHEN I ARRIVE IN CM AFTER THE WMO...LOOK FOR THE SICKLE BLADE IMPRINT UNDER MY TEE.....THAT WILL BE ME.

AND I PLAN ON TAKING HOME THE BOUNTY IN THE MID ATLANTIC....
