    Mustad 7691 10/0. The 7731 is on my bad side due to a fair amount of lost fish do to pulled hooks. The 7691 is a good strong hook!

    7731 steel,(duratin?) welded ring eye x-strong
    7754 steel ( " ), welded ring eye xx strong
    3407ss steel charter boat version (less expensive)not welded eyed x-strong
    7732 stainless steel x strong...maybe, maybe not(:>)

    7691dt...in reg steel..or titanium coated (blued...7691tb) or rainbow 7691trb
    7691s...stainless steel....my choice esp. on 50#
    7761z...another nice choice, steel though i think (?)
    7766d...extra short shank, The charter boat (mono) hook of choice (less $$)
    7692dt...knife point...tapered eye, may not be welded, can't remember.

    If u like steel...7731...if u like tuna-bend steel 7691dt
    " " " stainles steel 7732....if u like tuna-bend st. steel...7691s

    (roddy) Hayes hooks are really the only way to go period though, imo.
