    Is that at Mark Whites shop? Those are all his lures.
    Not a pompano, we dont have them here in hawaii, or atleast i am pretty sure we dont. Probably some kind of chub, we got several types that you can catch whippin from shore with poppers.

    The chubs in your area take poppers? Wow. It would have been good to be able to get them on an artificial. That is the coolest looking chub I've ever seen. All the ones I've seen have been that grey silver colour although there is supposed to be a bright yellow variation. Fierce fighters on an 8 lb spinning rig.

    Occasionaly i hear about someone getting one off an artificial. Alot of times though they are caught when we target othee inshore species like trevally's or bonefish with shoreline baitcasting.
