That Black blew a valve 30 minutes in, took another 30 to plane her up from the deep and get her in the boat. That fish fish was cut and filleted within an hour from the photo. The taste of a Black is incredibly good. I was originally under the impression that Blue was decent and black was marginal. What friggin BS, they are both good, but Black is exceptional. Take a steak, marinate with Bernstein's Italian with lemon and soy for a couple hours, wrap in a banana leaf and grill on the barbecue. Damn fine cuisine. That fish was spoken for within minutes, and the boat had more volunteers to clean her than you could count. Drew
