Tonight, I mourn the loss of a true friend and a great fisherman, Jerry Bonsall "Ledge Fever" He fought a brave battle againest cancer that lasted 5 years. He fought so hard!! Jerry, my friend, may the seas always be calm, may the sun always shine on your face. Let your lines always be tight and the fish plentiful. God bless you jerry.

sorry to hear this ,i meet jerry on here .when my friends boat went down in 2006 he calles me up at midnight to talk.i barely knew the guy and he was there for me on a long stressful 48 hours.he told me to stay positive and that its a big ocean,well the next day they found all 7 men in the raft.jerry fair winds and calm seas ,rip "ledge fever"
What a fight it was, I never saw someone with such optimism and a positive outlook on life a true inspiration, I was lucky to be able to tell him that just a few weeks ago and I was lucky to call him a friend! A true American sportsman
