    mmm, Mrs Hays.

Are we doing something wrong to this planet ?

Here's a page worth looking at to just remind ourselves of the impact we have on the ocean as boat-anglers : pass the link on, it's a sobering one.

it always pisses me off to see people throw stuff overboard. All trash on my boat or anybody else's boat i go on is properly stored and disposed of at the dock.

    I'm Guilty!

I admit I have littered in the ocean, but after seeing this, it'll never happen again.

What an eye-opener. Thanks for posting it--I hope millions see it and take heed.

We can only do so much, even though changing ourselves already changes the world a little.

The true horror to me was seeing a cargo ship discharging / emptying everything out at sea. Being irate and beyond shocked is the least I can say i was.

Its legal to dump oil, garbage, dirty water and items that sink, with restrictions as to the quantity, type and area. Never plastic. Heavy fines.

Do you want to see the price of oil drop, if so recycle. yea i know we are only a few in a 300 million plus country but is got to start somewhere. plastic is a direct product of oil and im sure if the demand for oil to make more plastic products was cut, the oil price would drop.

If obama really want to help the environment its by moving this country towards recycling and re using not, keeping us from fishing.

Isnt there a 60+ Jarrett Bay that is called the Waste Knot, im pretty sure he made his money from some kind of recycling
