    is the water temp warming up offshore

    Boat just left fl today its going to be back in NJ on Sat morning . were planing on catching bait all weekend . then memorial day weekend go sharking , wanta make sure the water temps are right anyone Been out sharking ?? especially you boys out of cape May.

    NY H2O TEMPS

    THERE HAS BEEN A LITTLE WATER MOVINGAROUND NEAR ME THE DEBS INLET HAD 4 OR 5 SHARKS IN IT IN THE LAST WEEK I PERSONALLY SEEN ABOUT A 7 FT BLUE SHARK 200 YARDS FROM THE INLET.

    THERE WAS A SLUG OF 60 DEGREE WATER THAT PUSHED IN.

    CHECK THE WILMINGTON AND TIP OF THE TOMS A BUD OF MINE WAS OUT ABOUT 10 DAYS AGO AND BANGED BLUEFIN TO 100LBS.

    Frank... Your water where you are headed is 51-53 with some really cold crap outsuide pusing in. Even the hotel buoy 200 out barfed up like over six degrees just in the last day going from 69- down to 62 in less than 24 hours... Saw 46 degrees even in toms. Save the fuel and wait...
    The coldest I have ever caught a mako was 57 and only once have I done that... Might be porbeagles out there but more likely dogfish up the ying yang...

    I'm teaching a shark class on the 2nd down in Cape May area and another on June 17 up near Pt.PLeasant...

    I'm not planning on wetting a bait til the SJ Shark tourney around the 7th...

    areight .. just cant hang out at the dock Dont wanta flounder fish i am going to get a couple roffs report just maybe the water will heat up for memoral day weekend well see. let me know about the shark seminar ill go check it out write me an e mail or something .

    look at terra fin, munson canyon has a nice piece of water south east of 1000 fathoms.
