    I want to catch a ride with someone or find a crew this weekend - OCMD/IRI

    I dont have a crew for the Hobie II this weekend after catching a lot last weekend. i would love to hop a ride on someone elses boat and split fuel or gather a crew for my boat. i would be open to fishing anything offshore but prefer billfishing.

    i'm interested in OC this weekend. Pm me if you still are looking for a crew. i can mate but all my go to tackle is on my buddy's boat until the end of the month. i would prefer to chase bills but i'll do whatever it takes to get some meat on board if we have to. how far do you want to go?

    my boat is in the diesel shop, I would love to get out if the wx is ok. Give me a shout if your serious about putting something together. I live in DC area also.

    I would love to put together a crew from here and fish if the weather holds. Fuel/ bait prob ends up being 175-200 a man based off last weekends trip for a 6 person crew. Let's watch the weather to see if it improves... Water looks good for our closest canyon...

    weather is making sunday look like the best day. i could be down to do the slow troll out all saturday night to save fuel to the wilmington and fish all day. thoughts?

    are we talking about OC or IRI? an overnight troll is a good call for saving gas, picking up a fish would just be a bonus. how big is the boat?

    great. i think the plan would be leave late night saturday and get to the grounds at daybreak on sunday. fish until early afternoon and head back (since we only run 20kt and will be 75 from the dock). i think it should be a circle hook billfish trip.
