WAHOOS IN JULY????

What the heck is going on? The Wahoo bite has been great! What are they doing here in July? Sorry no pics this time. We have been going like crazy. The hoo catches have been great. We got 8 out of 18 yesterday. Why you ask, mono, another hoo coming in and eating the swivel. frustrating and agravating. Switch to wire and don't get as many bites. These weren't slobs, 25 to 35 lbs, I'll take them all day. These guys are a month early, I hope they stick around. The bailers are here and a few sail dogs but not as many whites and blues as last year at this time. Just a quick report from MHC. Hope to see some of you at the Barta this weekend.

I saw a bunch of them hit the docks on Saturday when we came in. We fished deep so we didn't see any, but those who stayed inside had good shots at them. If they are here now, what does October hold??
