Volvo penta engines?

Can anyone help me with good directions to get volvo's help? I have a 2003 Albemarle SportFisher with twin inboards gas engines. The first set of engines were replaced by Volvo after about 1800 hrs. They recognized their problem. One of the replacement engines blew( threw a rod) after about 650 hrs. They would not help at all. About 15 hrs after that the other replacement engine has blown. Not all the details but you get the idea. I'm hoping Volvo will jump in and help.There has been 4 engines put in by Volvo and four have blown. This is not a customer problem as verified by my mechanic.Can anyone give good direction as to what to do in getting volvo to help?

Aw for crying out loud Curt... Not again? Thats too much of a shame... I can only suggest getting in touch with Virginia Beach offices and work up to the top like we did years ago...

I'm curious what had this set go. The other set was engineered to fail... The recessed dimples that the injectors were angled and positioned to receive a little blow back and let it collect against O rings not up to par with what they use for their engines outside the us.
The designed to fail o ring in turn caused the mixture on one cylinder injector to go off and would force a blow out of that valve, taking out with it the head, damaging the crank and really needing replacement... It was explained to me that they were designed to let go at 1700-1800 hours which would put them out of warranty under normal use. That boat had far more than normal use and it cost them.

Remember that they didn't replace the originals with engines they had in stock, they had to "build a set'... I won't cast aspersions as to whether or not something could be implied there but for both to quit so close to each other it would appear that there is a flaw inherrent be it poor engineering or malicious...
