Yea I guess I could have gone 25 for 26 if I was J hookin too. Just looked at the pics of the Waterman on the VBFC website and it shows the j rigs hangin there. Its ashame some guys still use j hooks marlin fishin just because they are not in a tournament. At LEAST half those fish are DEAD!!! I hope Backlash and the other boats weren't doin the same. Just my opinion.

A LOT of boats are still using J hooks for marlin when outside of tournements. And unless the person hooking them is a complete IDIOT then half the fish are NOT dead. J-Hooks do not gut hook half the fish... and never have...
