    Virginia Beach fishing report 3/31/2007

Fished with Dave Trax on Oblivion yesterday. We hit the temp break that's been calling since about tuesday. Water was 64 - 66 and green. Caught lots of 42 - 45" 50# pllus bluefin and returned them all to the deep. Great day with a awesome crew....we even had the United States Navy flying around spotting fish for us at one point we ended the day going 10 for 20...lots of hits on the planer pulling blue/white islander..and the shotgun....Bob

Just a side note here...there was all kinds of life out there on Saturday....Saw Whales breaching coming half way out of the water...at least one basking shark was hanging around the area...swam right through our spread...hundreds and hundreds Porpoise playing in the area...wish I had a good Video Camera...I think when I get my boat back next weekend I'm going to fix some kind of mount for a camera this year...This would have made some awesome video...I love it out in the Blue !!!!>....Bob
