GREAT STUFF!....that method does appear easier than a J-hook rig and the statement about the hoo NOT washing out as much due to no hole in thebelly makes a LOT of sense. Also, I LOVE the intro and exit music/scheme to the vid..... SFC....it just doesn't get any better!! |

Most use the Eagle Claw, but I like the Mustad - less point breakage.
Mustad has two models, one heavier than the other. The #39948D in 8/0 is fine for smaller billfish (sails, whites, spear). The #39960D was designed for BIG marlin, size 14-20/0. |
