Had the pleasure of putting to sea with two of my guys that were by my side in Iraq to try and get them their first tuna. We left at 500 and headed east past the hot dog and triangles on to a warm warter spin off that was waiting for me to pound it with my spread. 70 NM later we hit the break and put the swpread down and trolled around for a bit till i couldn't stand it anymore i had the guys pull up the lines and riggers to go search for the two tones and long liners. 9 nm later we find them both and put in on the second pass we had a double WWFB and the right rigger (first timer was jiggin the line and got a big supprise) after a bit of a fight we boxed 2 50lb yellowfins we turned on the two tones and picked up a 35-40 lb longfin then the two tones dissappeared and the lonliners were closing so we trolled tward home to look for the two tones and picked up a 60 lb Yellowfin after that we trolled for a bit longer and packed it in and made 1 drop on a piece of bottom i was looking at a finshed with 6 decent Black sea bass
