Using a harness on reels without harness lugs

I have a left arm nerve injury that requires me to use a harness for everything. This limits me to the narrow selection of reels that have harness lugs.

Does anyone know of a device that facilitates using a harness with reels that do not have lugs?

    Thanks

Melton Tackle has one. It screws in under the reel.
