Went with the fam there a few years back...stayed at Beaches, which is an all inclusive place. Really nice but not sure its the place to go unless you are going with the family.
(Edit- I put 'Sandals' by mistake, it was actually 'Beaches' where we stayed. Sandals is more for couples, I think.)

The wife and I stayed on Provo at The Grace Bay Club. Hotel is fantastic and the staff were great. I highly recommend it.

Now wait a minute, here.
You are asking on SPORTFISHERMEN.com....so yer a fisherman.
Have you considered skipping Provo and staying at the Bottle Creek Lodge with Jay and Sandy? It would be way more of a TCI experience. Way more of a relaxing vacation.
You will see a part of the TCI most tourists don't see. They have sat tv and a bar....and Jay will take you fishing.
Just my two cents worth.
I stayed on Provo on Tourist Bay and fished w/ Jay - if I get back there again I would give Bottle Creek a try also.
