Because they rape the resource, and somebody always pays,just like tax dollar allocation in the U.S., but that is an incredible fishing trip, Imagine if that boat sunk in that pen

limit in mex is 5 fish a person,10 fish in US waters.Mike,those pens are the exact reason I put a FLIR on my boat.Between the pens and the pangas with no lights.Did you get the jigs from Pat?Tom

Exactly. We had to throw back a 250lb BFT b/c the charter capt. had already killed his +73" for the year. These AHs wipe out entire schools at a time.
