Tuna - Ocean City, MD

Is it too early to start chunking like crazy for tuna? I was thinking about heading out this Saturday and chunking all day around the Rockpile or the 000's.

There will most likely be plenty of boats drifting and chumming those same areas for makos with the mako mania tourney going on.


My only question is WHY? The trolling boats had anywhere from 10 to 100 bites over the weekend.
