You have a chance on the laptop if you let everything completely dry...depending on how soaked it really got. Even if it doesn't come back hang on to the hard drive as there's a chance that could spin up on another system if it didn't get too soaked.

Brad and gang, glad to hear you're all having a terrific time. Sorry to hear about the flood in your room.
Fishing sounds great, surf looked awesome...we're still cold, wet and more snow on the way tomorrow so at least you're having fun.
Tell your dad I said, "hello" and catch 'em up tomorrow for the rest of us that can't.
safe return!
yesterday was kinda slow. we raised 2 marlin and caught 2 sails and a tuna. the tuna were all in front of the gang of porpoise. we had a bigger tuna hooked but it pulled. i will post pictures when i get home.

Great stuff! Too bad about the laptop, though.
How good was that grilled pargo (snapper)? That's one of the best eating fish ever. We used to do the same thing with the really big pargo colorados (bright red ones) stuffed with lobster, shrimp, scallops and peppers. Ai, caramba!
I really enjoyed the inshore stuff that gets overlooked by too many people. The locals call those big jacks "toro", which means "bull"...any doubt why? And those ceros are called "wahoolotes" "little wahoo", only their teeth are even worse than wahoos'. Slicers and dicers, those babies!
Thanks for the neat report and picts.

I'm looking forward to hearing all about the trip @ Tie fest in 2 weeks.
Welcome back to the arctic!
