Thanks.....
Now you owe me a new keyboard
LMFAO
HAHAHAHAH clever. Youtube always solves problems.
Thats' wrong
I don't frequent Tred's forum, although I did after this post, he does have some interesting topics of discussion.
I was just never expecting a video of a cricket. I appreciate clever humor.
I propose a new forum called "LEPRECHAUN Fishing Sage"! You would surely be entertaining!!!How's the Boat comin' along Fritz?
I see in Tred's bio he claims to have caught more bigeye tuna (on rod and reel) than any man alive. At the 2007 Miami Boat Show I had the opportunity to meet Tred at the Rampage Boat display. I asked him if it was true that he had caught more bigeye tuna than any man alive and he said that's true. So I asked him how many he had caught and he responded approximately 400. Wow!
I had qued up on my Blackberry a now-defunct website for Graphite USA rods. They had an article on my buddy who's a biologist for the Inter American Tropical Tuna Commission. For five years running they did annual three month long bigeye tagging trips down to near the Galapagos. On one trip alone they tagged over 9,000 bigeye. Most of those were caught jack poling. Often tackle manufacturers would provide tackle for them to test (thus the GUSA link). On one trip my buddy caught 435 bigeye on a Tiburon SST reel before it finally froze up. That was described in the article I showed to TredTred read it, looked at me and said "Steve, you got me on that one. You know how it is, the bullshit is thicker when you get to the top. I've probably caught the 2nd or 3rd most bigeye on rod and reel in the world." Well he be wrong on the 2nd as my buddy's boss has that spot filled.
Moral of the story, just when you think or claim you're the best, there's always someone out there who's probably got you beat. Tred's ego knows no bounds.
