guys read the question.. 4 friends fishing no captain and no mate.. in my eyes since there all splitting the cost of the tournament 4 ways the winnings are split 4 ways.. if the owner puts in half for everything then he gets half the winnings and the other half to the other guys gets split 3 ways then.. but if all put in equal shares then it gets split equally... but thats just me
