Topsail Island, NC fishing report

Well the wind finially stopped blowing, so I was able to get out and do a little grouper fishing. Water temp dropped a bit and the bait seems to be pretty scattered as well. Found a few nice Gags inside 15 miles as well as a nice bunch of Sea Bass. Bottom fishing has been real good, but should get even better as the temp drops alittle more. Here's a couple of pics of the last Red trip Joe and I did before the last blow. Till next time Ken

Starting to see some bigger ones but the water temp needs to drop a bit and then I think it will turn on pretty good. I'll post on a regular basis so check back for the next report. Ken
