Me and my dad are making 36" dredges with 4 loops on each arm, 28" with 3 loops, and a 24" with 2 loops. We are pulling 58 9" shads. Most dredges you see today all have the traditional 2 loops with only 12 mullet on each dredge. In my opinion, a fish that is down deep is going to pick up on a ball of bait with 58 baits over 24 baits. We run a triple very tight together to make it look like a big blob to a fish down deep looking up. If anyone is interested please P.M. me and I can send you some pics and give you a price.
