ok, I was out on saterday just loads of bluedogs spinny dogs no makos
to be had. my faimly of 5 took me out on fathers days for fluking of spring
lake from 9am - 12pm till the wind picked up from da south Kyle my little
guy loves fishing he was banging the fluke one after another then it started
getting choppie out i looked at him and the first time I've seen him turning
green and wanted to go back in we had 55 fish w/only 6 keepers
kyle said sorry dad for geeting sick, I said dont wory little man it happens
to best of them and he just smiled and said can we go again you know it

Welcome to the board Tunaman. I own a 1999 light green 35 Henriques Express called Legacy out of Staten Island that I have fished out of Pt. Pleasant in the past. I have seen you out on the edge in the Hudson. A photo of the boat is on page 12 of the May/June 2006 edition of the Big Game journal framed in a set of mako jaws. We had a 38 Henriques from 91-98 that was a beast in the rough stuff. We won the 1997 FCO tournament out of Point Pleasant with a 587 thresher that set the state record on the old Legacy. The 35 Express is a great ride as well.

Good luck to everyone in the JCSA and Mako Mania tournies this weekend. We're fishing in the Leonardo and Staten Island Tuna Club tournies on Saturday. Tough call when they hold these the same weekend.
