Thumbs up team FAST FORWARD report from 5/23 tiles and wreckfish!

I Rob and Brian departed capemay inlet about 6:00am into 2-3ft seas enroute to the canyon after A few hours at A comfortable 35-37mph cruise we where finally there our home for the day! Running A 3 rod spread we where fishing in water that would range from 550-900ft.Two minutes into our first drop we had fish on on all three rods!amazing to say the least. Our biggest tile of the day went close to 39lbs.Our biggest wreckfish was close to 20lbs.We tryed stopping at several locales on the way home for seabass but to no avail we didnt run into any.We did however see A rather large tiger shark inside the canyon had to stretch about 20' when my boat was about 10' from him as he sounded.I didnt see any tuna but wasnt paying much attention as we where on fish the better part of the day.We broke cm inlet at approx 4:30-5:00pm after taking A beating in A beam sea while running approx 39-40mph all the way in never touched the trottles at all while the majority of the crew was asleep in the two bean bags he was taking up! the cm inlet was A confused mofo and I had to take some pics of that.It was A great day on the water with great friends! and that is what it is all about!

Outstanding fishing and report! Great eats too!
40 mph and a beam sea sounds like the kind of ride that keeps a captain on his toes. Nasty inlets seem to be the story all up and down the east coast this year.
