I see the tin skiffs in our sailfishing areas frequently, even a guy commercial fishes from a 13 whaler... I go swording a couple times a year on my 19'6" skiff a couple times a year but... that guy is just whacked... Weight issues would worry me. Bending over that side to grab and pull on a heavy fish is just asking for a long swim with a not good ending...
