Swell Rider Sportfishing...Report 4/26/08

Today we had Henry and David out for a day of King Mackeral fishing. Started off alittle slow one of those I went right but should have gone left decisions. After a little hunting we found the Kings not huge but fun to catch. While trolling I was marking some good looking bottom so being a Bottom Fisherman I had to give it a try. Found a nice pile of Sea bass and Triggerfish about a 50/50 keeper ratio on the bass not bad for the area I was fishing in. Didn't do any Grouper fishing on this trip but we threw jigs for the AJ'S what a BLAST!!! You can catch um all day long great work out. Another fun day on the water. Heard a few of the boys found some nice Mahi and Hoo's hopefull this is a sign of good things to come.. Capt Ken

Thanks for a fun day of fishing for David and me. I've been on a few charters in MHC and Long Island and the Swell Rider boat and crew were by far the most friendly, knowledgeable and overall great fun to have experienced. I learned some good fishing tips from you and the crew and the fishing just kept getting better! I look forward to catching the big groupers that I hear you are famous for. Thanks again.

ken many thanks to you, john and brad for a great day of fishing. i didn't
know how little i knew till i saw you guys in action. iv'e been on charters
before but i'll never go on another boat as long as you guys are in business.
