If your buyer is worth anything he will give all the rice paper you need..... At least mine does...

You can almost always get it from your buyer or just go to your local seafood processing coop,e.g. Homers in MHC and someone there should hook you up. If you do get some in the near future do us a favor and ask them, him, where he gets it and post it. I could use it for a few other things and was wondering where to get it myself.
