Suggestions

Me, my wife, my two sons 15, and 8 and my 17 year old daughter(not much of a fisher) are going to the turks and cacios for vacation soon and I was hoping to go fishing. Now Ive talked to a friend about bonefish but he said you dont go out to deep and its not very difficult. Im not sure since Ive only lake fished in my life. Now Id like to go deep sea since my son loves to fish and I dont know when he will have another chance to deep sea fish just because Im not sure when we will vacation again. If anyone has any suggestions on what I should fish for. Now remeber Im with an 8 year old and my daughter wont fish any way so take her out of the equation. Also If anyone knows a good chartering company??
