I have been using the Poon for several years and I was Innovator's wingman out east of Cape Cod when you could really catch the bft. The picture to the left shows a pair we caught last year, and the bigger one is my son's, Corey, first giant as an angler, I don't think I ever wanted a fish more than that one! When I threw the Poon at him I drilled him and he was ours. I would not want the poon too much longer because it becomes so hard to move around the cockpit with it. It really is the right length. I fish 12 ft leaders when chumming\live baiting for giants so the fish gets stuck when the swivel is up out of the water. It really works well. Most of the time we just stick it, sometimes we have to throw it. Every fish is differant. Hey, Sushihunter, did you have a 36ft Harris? If that was your boat than you slayed a few tuna for sure. Last year it was for sale I believe. I have run into you at Rock Harbor a few times in your truck. Happy Holidays to all. Hey, Capt. Kevin, that video rocks brother! Capt. Eric

    cool

Very cool tool. I saw this at The Hook Up's seminar on the Cape this past winter and it is quite the work of machinery.
