SSFFF 2nd Annual Dinner - Auctioning off Canyon Trip on our 48 Canyon Runner

Just a reminder, that on March 6, 2009 the 2nd Annual SSFFF Fund raising dinner will be held once again at Crystal Point Caterers on Rt 70 in Pt Pleasant.

Last year's dinner was a great success and the money raised helped fund Dr Maunder's stock assessment research. This year the SSFFF will need to hire additional scientists for the additional biological research Dr Maunder needs to continue his work. Between the two projects, the SSFFF needs to raise approx $240,000.00. Thanks to everyone's support last year, they are more than 1/3 of the way there.

The SSFFF is made up of ALL volunteers and they pay all of our own expenses, whether its to go to meetings, attend shows, or meet with politicians. ALL monies donated go to the cause.

While I can't donate my time (wish I had some to spare) the Canyon Runner Team are big supporters of the SSFFF through the donation of a One-Day Canyon Trip on our 48 Canyon Runner (Value: $2,995). Please do whatever you can to support this cause.
