Can't speak for the Sperry's, but if they're like anything else that company makes they're probably the cats ass.

I have a pair of Muck Boots that I love. They're comfortable and warm. I wear them all winter duck and goose hunting, and fishing until it gets hot, then switch over to my stinky ass fathom fishermans from Sperry.

I have had a pair of the Sperry's for over 2 seasons now. Very warm, very comfortable, a little hard to get on and off though. Only problem is they have recently started leaking. They are not completely waterproof like they use to be.

I bought a pair of the Bogs this year. They are the best boots I have fished in ever. Completely waterproof, insulated, fit like a tennis shoe and they are easy to get on and off.

Take a look at the Rugged Shark boots. I bought mine through Bass Pro shops after several people ranted and raved about them. Used them one season so far and love them. Speary type sole.

    Rugged Sharks

Couldn't agree more on the Rugged Shark boots. I'll never buy a different pair again.

I have a pair as well and love that they have an arch support.

Not very warm though, when it gets cold I use my Sorel pack boots and they work great except for the weight.
