South Toms 8/29 8/30

Fished on the Joy ride out of Tuckerton with a great gruop of guys and Joy on wed into thurs on the troll before sunset we had a white slap the long rigger out of the clip and proceeded to slap it after it popped but unable to get it to hook so we got set up for the night chunk which 15 mins with lines in we had our first yellowfin in 65lbs followed by another within 20mins a 85lber the next 5 hookups we lost to either pulled hooks or fish that ran to the front and were cut off by the anchor line then things slowed down from 2:00 until 5:30when all 5 rods went down with a big school of big yellowfins in the 75 to 90 class the bite lasted until 7:00 so we went on the troll which by 8:00 we werwe slammed by at least 5 bigeyes of wich two hooked up but one was on a light rod wich dummped the spool but we managed to get the one in the boat about 130 a great night out on the edge

Hay grady do you know if nauti dog was out there wed night somebody tried to raise me about 10:30
that night that said it was him but I wasnt able to reach him later wandering if it was him how they made out

It wasnt Capt Sea Weed Wednesday. Still no boat and he was in bed dreaming about fishing at 10:30!

It was good to see you guys again.
If you are down for the holiday give us a shout maybe in the next two weeks we will be back on the water.

vixen isn't pat a great guy, i had my 32 topaz in the same marina as him last year and is was a great time down there, lotta fun. great catch way to go on the big eyes, i heard you guys got a sick video of what happen with that fish nice job
